Utah Warranty/Return Policy

CPI will do everything in our power to satisfy your needs for any equipment or software purchased directly from CPI. Below you will find our policies regarding warranties and refunds. Contact your CPI representative with any questions not outlined within this policy.

30 Day Replacement

All equipment purchased through CPI comes with a 30 day warranty. CPI will repair or replace any equipment within the first 30 days of purchase.

Manufacturer Warranty

All new equipment purchased through CPI comes with a manufacturer warranty. The typical manufacturer warranty is for one year of the date of purchase, however, this may not always be the case.

Used Equipment

Any used equipment purchased through CPI may, or may not, include a manufacturer warranty. Consult your CPI representative whether any used equipment comes with any type of manufacturer warranty.

Replacement or Repair

If your equipment requires replacement or repair, CPI will “loan” you temporary equipment while your equipment is replaced or repaired. Contact your CPI representative for assistance.

Refunds

Any refunds on equipment must be authorized by CPI and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All equipment will be returned to CPI at the merchant’s expense. No refunds will be given for shipping fees on a returned item.
